Ratrock's 2024 fall FA Show brought 10 collections of multimedia art from our very own Columbia students to a rainy backdrop of wine, brie, and soft chatter. On the night of December 10th, ADP was transformed into a gallery displaying photography, paintings, sketches, poetry, sculptures, and crocheted artwork. Viewers promenaded through the dimly lit rooms in cocktail attire, taking beautifully decorated postcards on the way. The occasional pop of a wine bottle being opened became an indicator for our guests to switch their attention from Andre's ink to Kathleen's acrylics, or maybe to grab a bite from our curated spread of savory bites before returning to the gentle curves of Amber's oil painting. One birthday cake and toast for Ratrock later, we continued to celebrate Columbia’s richly inventive arts community, just one block away from the main campus and available for everyone to see.
